Street Lamps

  1. Holy light bulb batman!!! lol, seriously though, this is the most extravagantly beautiful outside light fixture I've EVER seen. It's so big and serious looking that the tiny pole looks like it is bending beneath the weight of it's fabulous charge! You picked a great angle and a beautiful sky for a back drop. The bottom picture, not so much because the leaves behind it are taking away from it's design. This is only constructive criticism and I hope you don't mind me saying (I wouldn't hurt your feelings for anything in the world) but may be you can return to this site and take this picture again from an angle that would give the lamp more detail. It's hard to tell if you wanted the leaves more than the lamp. Still an interesting picture but the top one is fabulous!!!

  2. hah why would i be hurt? i welcome critiques, how will i know the am doing is right if i don't get any critiques? as per the subject matter, the lamp post at the top pic us closer to me so it appeared big...i liked the intricacies of the artwork of the lamp itself that's why i took a picture of it...the lower photo, i kind had this idea that amidst the tangles and the twigs, the lamp stood out...apparently not, and i'd like the viewer to see it as a sign of hope...well...haha...thanks for the comments! and don't hold back when you see something not to your liking...it will be alright!
